A SMERBL CALL TO ARMS
Tonight is our Hackmaster game at the office. The "Pointy Ears of Playnet" battle against the fierce onslaught of GM "BLOO" and his minions of utterly defeatable, no honor havin' minion. As tribute to our illustrious GM, fellow rat (ex) and friend BLOO I thought I'd share his latest saying of nay and general call out against blogging. I don't know wtf SMERBL is but I do know that great picture on his sight is courtesy of none other than the fan favorite rat-cam and that poetry is right frekin' on!

Ah, Hackmaster. Truly the king of games.
I'm having great fun taking my longtime D20 playing friends through B1.
I'll have you all know that Gophur, aka Elladan the Blender (Sylvan Elf Fighter 2/Thief 2/Mage 1), recently earned a roll on the HSST (HackMaster Smart-Ass Smackdown Table) and contracted a flesh-eathing virus. The effects have been temporarily stalled by a heal spell, but he needs a Cure Disease.
But such a healing spell must come quick because the Ear Seeker which recently entered his ears is now laying its eggs. When born, they will burrow through his body and into his heart. And thus will end the Blender.
But fear not. His sidekick Sylvie Goldenbush (Sylvan Elf Druid Chick) can step in and bore everyone to tears. >-)
'Smerbl' short for 'smert blognam" is a corruption of
'smert shpionam' a Stalin-era phrase for "die to spies" in case your question about smerbl was not rhetorical
