Child's Play

Penny Arcade. What needs be said. These guys do a great comic and reading Tycho every day is better than word-of-the-day from Oxford. Today Gabe went over their Child's Play program, and threw a loose curve ball to 'ole JT, which is always a bonus play. If you're not familiar with Child's Play, it is a charity for gamers that gives toys to Children's Hospitals throughout the country. As Gabe explains, these hospitals generally get a lot of money but that money doesn't usually get earmarked for toys, what with our completely over-priced and screwed to the nines, health care system. PA to the rescue and you can help. Check it out, feel better about yourself and as JT might opine, bring one of the little tykes over to the dark side...er I mean, make his life more enjoyable in the way only a rocking round of Street Fighter can do. Age appropriate gifts are chosen through Amazon and sent to the hospital so don't worry Jack, these tykes won't be getting any hot coffee in the old stocking... If that reads the way it thinks, I just got an extra day in hell. C'est la vie!
